Discover Card is very liberal in issuing credit cards to people without credit history. I have 2 friends (F-1) who got Platinum Discover cards after submitting the preapproved form they got in the mail. They wrote that they are americans and have a job. Discover didn't call their "job" number. They got $5000 and $10000 credit lines. I don't work for Discover and don't get commission, just thought it's good info. |
