What if i get reinstated, does it mean that i have start over again, i mean - i have to wait 9 month before applying for working permit? right?

I think it depends on how you're int'l. student advisor interprets the rules. Some would say that yes, since you've shown proof of financial resources for one academic year as a part of the reinstatement application, you have to wait 9 months before applying for a work permit again. Others might say that once reinstated, if you had been in status for 9 months at some point, then you could go ahead and apply for the work permit again. |
