Hi, Im still waiting on a student visa but I know it takes sometime and I'd really like to obtain a State ID for Identification purposes while I wait for it,. The thing is I still don't have a SS#,. Does any of you know if it is possible to obtain an ID card without having an F1 Stamp on your passport and without a SS#??
