I find some site about distance learning that I can get bachelor's degree.
This school site has an accreditation page and they say, "this university is a member of the International Association of Universities and School". I want to get bachelor's degree for getting H-1 visa after my OPT. My OPT expires next year. How can I make sure that this university is recognized for its degree programs? Thanks |

I have a similar question. I don't have a degree. Do you think that if I get a degree from a distance education school I can apply for an H-1 visa with it? I go to a continuing education school on F-1. Are online education degrees recognized by INS? |
