I am a nurse coming to complete my training in the US.
After I complete my studies and do OPT, what shall I do next? Apply for H1B or apply for an E2? I would qualify for both right? I know of the H1C for nurses, however after the 3 year period that will be gone. I want permanent status in US. Can you tell me which direction is best to go please. |
