Hi there,
I am out of status and my passport will expire soon... Can I extend it or renew in the USA? Should I just ignore it and wait until I back in status again? Will I lose my citizenship in my own country? If I renew here, will INS found out my stauts? Please drop me a line if anyone knows what to to. Thank you |

Your visa status has nothing to do with your passport or citizenship, INS will never find out about your status from your consulate unless you are a suspected terrorist ! |
