I went home to my country after finishing my asociate to get married. Now I want to get back to finish my bachelor's degree.
Would my husband be able to get a visa if I get a f-1 visa from a university? And if he does gets a visa, would he be able to work while I go to school? |

If your husband comes to the 'States on an F-2 visa, it would not be legal for him to to work. I'm not sure how likely it is that he'd get a visa in the first place. 'Probably depends on how U.S. relations with your country are at the time. |
