hello;
I am a student in the US but I took this semester off. I got a new I20 signed in Spetember for a semester starting in January. Sure to the tragedy in New-York, I only left in October and I want to return in Ocotber 31st. Will that be a problem for the INS that I left a month after the I20 was signed? |

So far we haven't heard of how INS reacted to the attacks. There's a lot of talk on how they are going to get strict but I don't know if there are already real changes in their policy. |

How long before semester start can you come in the US according to INS regualtions? Do they ask for a bank statement in top of the I20? |
