seeking help |
Hi, I am F1 did my first semester this last spring, but unfortunately did some illegal work outside the campus only for a couple of weeks.Then realised that this would kinda jeopardise my career, and stopped.
I am going home (I have the F1 endorsed by the Student advisor for travel).Will I face any problems coming back.How do I deal with this situation.I am regestering for the next sem, and everything else is quite in order. Please help. |

Illegals Unite! |
Working illegally off the books is alright, however if you gave out your SSN to your employer, you might have a bit of a problem but that's only gonna be known after a year during tax time. Sit back and relax, coz there's no way the INS is gonna find out until they get a report from the SSA. They will eventually but by then you would have graduated and gone home. |
