I have worked in the United States with the practical training permit. After that period of time I went back to Mexico and worked there for several years. Then I decided to get my Masters Degree from and american University. Then went back again to work in Mexico, but I would like to work in the United States what would you recomend me to do to find out i f I qulaify for a residency, apply for H1B or a TN2 visa. The issue here is that I do not know if I have any rights after getting my degree in the United States and my Masters Degree. Also what I can and cannot do when entering in the US as a tourist, am I legal if I am interviewing with companies or interviewing is also illegal. And finally can I stay in the country with my tourist visa while waiting for the approval for an H1B or a TN1 visa (Of course without working). |
