Hi,
i want to know if the US embassy can refuse to issue f1 student visa whiles you have laid a partial deposit to the college to which you are applying to? And also how can the college refund your money back for you? Thankyou |

They sure can refuse to give you an F 1 visa and it does not matter if you already paid for school, you have to have enough proof that you will not stay in US after you finish your studies and also other kinds of proofs.
Money refund: you have to talk to your school regarding it and explain to them that you might not get back in and how can they refund you. I think you should not pay to the school untill you get and f1 visa. Good luck |
