Hi, My brother has Multiple 5 year B2 visa, he is in India. He intents to do MS(comp sci) here in US.
Do you think it is a better idea to come and apply for change of status from here or to apply for F1 from India. |

I would recommend to change his status in the US, unless you are confident he can get a student visa from India - like you are a really wealthy family. |
