Hello,
I recently went to the US consulate in Amsterdam to renew my F1, only to find they were closed on the 4th _and_ the 5th of July. Travelling back to the US on the 6th, I had to pay $170 for a visa waiver... :-( I'll be in the Netherlands again soon, and I'd like to be absolutely sure now that I can renew it at the consulate in Amsterdam. Does anyone know? Their website doesn't seem to have it, and their phone line is permanently jammed. Any reply will be greatly appreciated. thanks, Patrick Min min@cs.princeton.edu |

4 th of july is a national holyday, that's all. It shouldn't be a problem to get a visa in Amsterdam. |
