I am 17 holding a tourist visa. I am thinking about entering the states by tourist visa then change it to student status. When I do that, will they ask for my parent's permission, signature, anything like that? If yes, is there any way to get around? Or I have to wait til I turn to my legal adult age???????????????? Is there anybody can give me answer? |
