Hey, I just dug out the contract, I believe, we all signed up with Accels which clearly states that we will be denied any application for a visa, even if we only (presumably) want to delay th 2-yeat home-residency requirement. Does anyone know if last year people signed up the same crap? [Brat 3: Delaware University I] |

At least 5 people in my University(Midwestern State University, Texas) from Georgia came back to it without 2 years, just postponed that requirement, however after your master's here you won't be allowed to work, because of that 2 year requirement.
