Hey buddies, what's up guys!!
i have a good chance to receive a student assistenship from one of my finance profesors in a year, when i am coming back for my graduate school to US...
Could someone tell me more about that assistenship, is it a kind of scolarship or what??

Hi, Com.
No assistentship means you are an assistant of the professor, it est-you may have to do a wide range of thing such as check and grade other students' papers, copy your professors research, or actually help him with the research, and of course get paid for it...

As a second thought, I think I'm gonna change my nick to 911....

Yes, it IS by definition a form of scholarship. In fact, it's the major form of scholarship/aid for grad students.
