I'll tell u one thing.: what's your money worth if no one loves you and no one cares? And if you get married after you're rich, how will you know if a person loves you or your money? and last but not least, I think you're mistaken when you say that "men have their careers at first place". Career shoud be just a tool for achieving normal life, and not an aim per se. And to tell you the truth, it's not about "men". I had a career even before I met my husband. We love money and fame too  But we cannot forget that if we had careers at first place, the human race would die out, because by the time we made a career we would be useless for giving birth. 9 of 10 women would agree.
